Navigation is a common weakness in runners. It seems we rely on GPS devices and mobile phone apps to do the work for us a little too much these days The ability to use a map and compass to locate your position and plan a route is a skill that is much overlooked but priceless.
The best thing is, its pretty easy to learn!
